The cosmetic technique of permanent makeup involves the use of tattoos or dermal pigmentation to create patterns similar to makeup, such as those applied to eyebrows, eyelids and lips. It is often used to mask scars, white spots and correct skin defects. During the training, participants will learn how to redraw and correct eyebrows, redefine lip contours, as well as apply a defined and shaded eyeliner for a well-stocked effect.
